Where does the cruise depart from?

Cruises depart from Island Queen Cruises' dock at Bayside Marketplace in Downtown Miami, located at 401 Biscayne Blvd, Miami, FL 33132.

When should I arrive for the cruise?

Please arrive 45 minutes before your desired departure time at one of their ticket booths at Bayside Marketplace (not in the line where you will board) for a physical boarding pass. Boarding begins 15 minutes prior to cruise time.

Is there parking available?

Parking is not included with your ticket. A covered garage is available—enter at NE 3rd Street, stay left, and follow signs. Street parking is also available in front of Bayside Marketplace and near the back of the mall. Parking fees apply.

Are the tickets time and date-specific?

The tickets are date-specific only. Tours are available on a first-come, first-served basis only. Arrive early to ensure you secure your seat for your desired tour time.

Is the cruise suitable for children?
